Returns & Exchanges

What is your return/exchange policy?

Psychedelic Owl only accepts returns or exchanges for garments that arrive damaged or faulty. If the wrong size or colour is selected at checkout, the responsibility falls on the buyer, so please double-check your order before purchasing. No insurance is offered, but if your package has been damaged in transit, please contact AusPost directly — and be sure to let us know as well, as we want to stay informed and help where we can. All Psychedelic Owl products and parcels are thoroughly checked before being handed over to any delivery service.

How do I start a return or exchange?

If you receive a damaged or faulty garment, please contact us at psychedelicowlinquiries@gmail.com, and our friendly staff will be happy to assist you. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible

Do you ship Australia-wide? (Or worldwide?)

Psychedelic Owl ships Australia-wide, so you can enjoy our clothing no matter where you are in Australia. Unfortunately, we don’t offer international shipping just yet, but we’re working on it for the future

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times will vary depending on your location within Australia, but we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. We aim to dispatch all garments within 1-2 business days after purchase and will always let you know if there are any delays

Do you offer local pickup in Adelaide Hills?

Yes, we offer local delivery in the Adelaide Hills and Adelaide Metro area for added convenience. This allows you to receive your Psychedelic Owl clothing quickly without waiting for standard shipping times

Can I track my order?

We provide tracking on all parcels, as we use AusPost as our main courier. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your doorstep

Can I get refunded through PayPal?

You certainly can, but as mentioned in the Returns & Exchanges section, any wrong colours or sizes ordered will not be refunded. Any fraudulent activity related to refunds through PayPal is illegal and will not be tolerated. If such activity occurs, we will take legal action to protect our business and report the fraud to the appropriate authorities

Garment Care

What’s the best way to keep my garments in the best condition?

To keep your Psychedelic Owl clothing looking its best, machine wash cold with like colours and line dry in the shade. Avoid bleach, tumble drying, dry cleaning, and ironing over prints to maintain the quality and longevity of your garment. Please also avoid using anything abrasive on printed areas, as it may damage the design.

Out of Stocks

If a garment is out of stock, our usual turnaround time to restock is around three weeks due to our small team at Psychedelic Owl

We appreciate your patience and are actively working on ways to speed up the process in the future. Rest assured, we will always contact you and keep you in the loop regarding your purchase

Pre-Orders

Our pre-order system allows you to secure your Psychedelic Owl garment before it's officially available. Once the pre-order sale ends on the specified date (please see garment description), we’ll place the order with our local production team to begin manufacturing and printing. Please allow approximately 3 to 4 weeks from the close of pre-orders for production and delivery. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way and let you know as soon as your order is on its way!
